These super easy cookies are quick and easy to make, and great on the go!
Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas
180g porridge oats
90g nut butter eg 100% peanut butter (smooth or crunchy) or almond butter
40g good quality dark chocolate (optional)
Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 180c and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. Mash the bananas until they are smooth, and mix with the oats and nut butter until well combined.
3. Roll into 10-12 balls, flatten slightly and bake for 12 minutes.
4. Leave to cool. Melt the dark chocolate and drizzle over the cookies.
